Teena Chopra, M.D., M.P.H., associate professor of Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, and Nabil Al-Kourainy M.D., junior chief resident in the Department of Internal Medicine, will present “COVID: Containing the Contagion!” on March 13.

Dr. Chopra has been featured in a number of local and national media outlets, including TIME Magazine, offering her expertise on the virus and infectious diseases precautions. She serves on the Wayne State University Presidential Coronavirus Committee, assisting with preparations related to the virus.

The presentation, a grand rounds session of the Department of Internal Medicine, will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in the Green Lecture Hall in Scott Hall.
