Wayne State University President M. Roy Wilson testified before the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Higher Education on Thursday, Feb. 22, in Lansing. He made an impassioned plea for increased funding for Wayne State, and talked about the state’s flawed formula for assigning appropriations to public universities.
