Join the Warrior Zone for a set of doubleheaders this week as the men’s and women’s basketball teams take on the Michigan Tech Huskies on Thursday and the Northern Michigan Wildcats on Saturday. All games are at the Matthaei Physical Education Center, and admission is free to students with a OneCard.
This week’s schedule:
Women’s tipoff: 5:30 p.m.
Men’s tipoff: 7:30 p.m.
As part of the Thursdays in the D event series, sponsored by the Dean of Students Office, these games will celebrate “Auto Show Night.” Students will have the chance to win two tickets to the North American International Auto Show. Other giveaways include WSU car fresheners, car phone chargers and license plate frames. The game is sponsored by Lear Corporation, and students who attend will be entered in a raffle to win two custom WSU seat covers.
All Thursday games are part of the Thursdays in the D event series and will include themed giveaways, special recognition events and more. A complete listing of Thursdays in the D events can be found at events.wayne.edu.
