During the week of August 13-17, 2012, both the Mail Services and Shipping and Receiving Departments will be moving from 5057 Woodward and Scott Hall and merging into one service unit at 1200 Holden Street. The move and on-going delivery of services should be transparent to the University community, however a small minority of locations may experience a one day delay in the receipt of campus mail and/or packages. Our current phone numbers will also be moving to Holden, so feel free to call if you have questions.
In addition, within the next month all campus community members will receive a request to update/confirm your current campus addresses. This will be important to ensure that you continue to receive your campus mail in a timely manner as we implement new technology to streamline the handling of university mail services.
