Majority of Michigan residents support move to graduated income tax, according to Wayne State University survey

WWJ's Paul Snyder reports on a survey released by Wayne State's Center for Urban Studies revealing that nearly two-thirds of respondents on Michigan\'s current flat tax favor the graduated income tax. Numerous media outlets throughout the U.S. ran the story.
