Lansing Mayor Virg Bernero brought his message to Wayne State University on Tuesday, telling students he is the gubernatorial candidate who would best help Main Street. He announced Tuesday that, if elected, he would reinstate the Michigan Promise Scholarship and restructure K-12 public school funding.
