Michigan Secretary of State candidates push organ donation

Law professor Jocelyn Benson, who is also the Democratic candidate for Secretary of State, proposed this week that branch office clerks should be mandated to ask customers if they want to join the organ registry. Benson, along with other candidates, feels it would boost state participation in organ donation.
