WHAT: A symposium featuring the directors of Jewish Studies programs from three prominent state universities

MORE INFO: The event, co-chaired by Judge David Groner and Judge Amy Hathaway, offers three perspectives on Jewish history in Michigan and its parallels with American Jewish history. Topics will include: "Reflections on Early Jewish Settlement in Michigan," "Reflections on the Immigrant Era and Uneasy Years," and "Reflections on the Postwar Years."
Tickets for the event are $18 per person, and include parking and admission

Following the symposium, guides will be hosting a walk-through of the recently-unveiled exhibit from the American Jewish Historical Society: "From Haven to Home: Jewish Life in America."
