DETROIT - May 8, 2002 - A fourth-year resident in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences has been selected for an annual award.
The Department's Chief Resident, Yousha Mirza, M.D., of Farmington Hills, will participate in the 2002 Janssen Psychiatry Resident Award of Excellence program.
The Award of Excellence brings with it a trip to the 155th American Psychiatric Association meeting held this year in Philadelphia, as well as a scientific program and awards ceremony.
Residents are chosen for this award based on their academic performance, leadership and clinical skills.
