Brad R. Roth, assistant professor of legal studies and political science and adjunct professor of law at Wayne State University, has been honored by the American Society of International Law for his book, Governmental Illegitimacy in International Law, Oxford University Press, 1999.
Roth earned a law degree from Harvard Law School, a master's degree in law from Columbia Law School and a doctorate in law from the University of California, Berkeley. He has taught in the WSU Legal Studies program and the political science department since coming to Wayne State in 1997.
