A luncheon program featuring Secretary of State Candice Miller will be held Monday April 6 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial. The event is sponsored by the Eastern Region of the Women of Wayne (WOW) Alumni Association.

A wine reception begins at 11:45 a.m. and lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m. The program begins at 1 p.m. Tickets are $17 for WOW members; $19 for non-members. Checks payable to Women of Wayne should be mailed to WSU Women of Wayne, P.O. Box 02308, Detroit, MI, 48202. Reservation deadline is March 28.

The Grosse Pointe War Memorial is located at 32 Lake Shore Road near the foot of Fisher Road in Grosse Pointe Farms.

Miller, the first woman Secretary of State in Michigan history, was elected in 1994.
