The university's first retail merchandising store, the Wayne State Shop, will open with a ceremony noon-2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at Crowley's New Center store. The WSU shop will mark a new partnership between two of "Detroit's own" organizations.
Jack Barthwell, WSU vice president for University Relations, invites faculty and staff to stop in and take part in the opening event.
