Adalberto (Al) Andino of Cleveland State University has been named director of the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid at Wayne State University.
Andino was assistant dean for enrollment services at CSU and also served as director of financial aid. From 1989 to 1994 he was senior director of financial aid/development at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, and he held various posts at Merced Community College in Merced, Calif.
Andino received a master's in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and holds a bachelor's in organizational communication from California State University - Stanislaus.
