Dean Schweitzer to conduct year-end town halls

This remains a challenging time for all of us, and the persistence of COVID-19 portends it will be more so as we head into the winter months. I commend you on your efforts to find ways to continue your duties and your education in the face of the pandemic. I again encourage you to follow all pandemic protocols and take proactive steps to keep yourself and your loved ones safe and healthy.

As we approach the end of 2020, I invite you to join me for a series of virtual town halls to review our accomplishments this year and to present priorities for 2021.

This is your school and I look forward to your input and suggestions. Please feel free to ask the questions you would like.

To keep the meetings manageable and to increase the opportunity to answer your questions live, we have divided the town halls by group:

During each of the five sessions I will discuss 2020 highlights at our School of Medicine and our priorities for 2021. You will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance when you register for your specific town hall, and to ask questions live during the meetings.

When you register, a meeting link will be forwarded to you before the event.

Please join me as we head into the holiday season, and the culmination of a most unusual year and prepare to enter a new one.
