Wayne State University Board of Governors to meet Wednesday, Jan. 31

The Wayne State University Board of Governors will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 31 in person in the first-floor atrium of the Integrative Biosciences Center, 6135 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48202.

The Board of Governors standing committee meetings — which are open to the public — convene at 10 a.m. with the Academic Affairs Committee followed by the Personnel Committee at 11 a.m.

The Board returns for a public session at 3 p.m.

Parking is available at WSU Lot 12, at the corner of Woodward and Harper.

Wayne State University’s Board of Governors is one of three university-governing bodies in Michigan — including the University of Michigan and Michigan State University — that has constitutional independence. Its members serve eight-year terms and are elected by voters throughout Michigan.
