WHAT: Midtown’s newest integrated pediatric practice for babies, children and adolescents to host its first Fall Harvest Community Health Fair to provide free vaccines, food and entertainment for the entire family in a fall-themed atmosphere complete with pumpkins and hay stacks.

WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021 (Rain Date - Oct. 9) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHY: To better ensure children and families have access to necessary vaccines that may have been put off due to the pandemic.
