Wellness goes virtual for faculty, staff with tip of the day and more

With the recent shift to working remotely, disruptions in daily routines and ongoing social distancing, many have had to adapt quickly to a variety of issues they never anticipated. Balancing these changes in times of uncertainty can be challenging, and Wayne State University remains committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to support the health and well-being of the campus community.

To that end, Wayne State’s Wellness Warriors program in Human Resources will provide daily tips to help faculty and staff care for themselves and one another. These tips include advice for balancing and maximizing remote work, staying healthy with exercise and nutrition, and engaging virtual activities.
