Just in time for the holiday shopping season, the fall 2013 issue of the Midtown Deals and Discounts Guide is available on newsstands across campus and throughout Midtown. The guide, distributed by WSU's Office for Economic Development, was designed to encourage folks to explore Midtown and support the neighborhood's small businesses.

The new guide features exclusive discounts to dozens of businesses, shops and restaurants.  Participating venues include Run Detroit, Maccabees at Midtown, Bikram Yoga and the Detroit Institute of Arts Museum Shop.

"Wayne State is committed to being a good neighbor; this guide is just one way that we can help connect our campus community to the many wonderful shops, restaurants and businesses in Midtown," said Lisa Nuszkowski of WSU’s Office of Economic Development.
