International law experts to offer advice Nov. 20 at Wayne Law's Alumni Speaker Series

DETROIT -- Three Wayne State University Law School alumni will be part of a panel discussion on international law at the next Alumni Speaker Series event Wednesday, Nov. 20.

The event will be from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Lecture Hall (Room 2242) of Wayne Law's Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights, 471 W. Palmer St. Admission is free, and lunch will be provided. RSVP by emailing brianna.fritz@wayne.edu. Parking will be available for $6.50 in Structure One across West Palmer Street from the law school.

Professor Gregory Fox will lead the discussion, which is sponsored by the Dean's Office.

Speakers who will share their experiences and advice are:

  • Debra Auerbach Clephane, class of 1991, a shareholder in the immigration practice area at Vercruysse Murray & Calzone in Bingham Farms.
  • Michael T. Cone, class of 1994, New York office managing partner for FisherBroyles. He practices in the areas of administrative, customs and international trade law and serves on the External Advisory Committee for Wayne Law's Program for International Legal Studies.
  • Randolph M. Wright, class of 1974, an international business law attorney with Berry Moorman's Birmingham office.

The Alumni Speaker Series is part of Wayne Law's efforts to link alumni with students and build professional connections.
