Don’t have time to go out to lunch? Rejoice! You no longer have to settle for mediocre vending machine fare. 

Several new express dining options are popping up across campus. Two new P.O.D. (Provisions on Demand) Express markets recently opened and an Einstein Bros. Bagel Express is on its way.

The P.O.D Express markets — operating out of the Academic/Administrative Building and Faculty/Administrative Building —sell Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go snacks as well as soup, sandwiches, salads, wraps and snacks during lunchtime.

The Einstein Bros. Bagel Express will open soon in the Wayne Law lobby, offering the chain’s signature bagels as well as coffee, sandwiches and other options.
