Bryant is an accomplished health care professional with more than 20 years of clinical and non-clinical leadership experience, including operations, nursing, education, quality assurance, risk reduction, infection prevention and control, patient safety, research, medical staff services and utilization management.
A member of the Michigan Association for Healthcare Quality and the National Association for Healthcare Quality, she has served as vice president of Regulatory Compliance and Quality for the Westside Regional Medical Center in Florida, director of Clinical Quality Improvement for the South Fulton Medical Center in Atlanta, Ga., director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management for the Legacy Medical Center of Atlanta, Ga., nurse educator of Medical College of Georgia Health Inc., and department director of the United States Army Nurse Corps in Germany and Augusta, Ga.
She served as program coordinator and charge nurse at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center and as charge nurse at the Detroit Medical Center's Harper and Detroit Receiving Hospitals. She received her master's of business administration degree from Walsh College and also worked for Blue Care Network of Southeast Michigan as a utilization manager.
