Ethriam Brammer, associate director of Chicano-Boricua Studies at Wayne State University, discussed the impact of Latinos in Michigan and the positive contributions they're making in the state. Wayne State University in 2008 collaborated with the Center for Urban Studies and Center for Chicano-Boricua Studies to look at the economic impact of Latinos.
