PHOTO RELEASE (April 18, 2011) - Wayne State University Law School congratulates students Nadia Igram and Alex Baum on their performances at the 35th annual Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition, which took place at New York Law School on March 16-20. Igram won second place best oralist out of 100 oralists, and Baum was ranked in the top 25 percent of oralists in the preliminary round.
Coaches included students Kathyn Tignanelli and Jessica Lange.
"The Moot Court organization is very proud of the Wagner team," said Melissa Slotta, director of Outside Competitions. "Kathryn and Jessica are very talented in legal writing and in oral advocacy. They did an amazing job in preparing Nadia and Alex for the competition. Nadia and Alex have demonstrated superior oral skills and dedication. Nadia is highly deserving of this recognition for her tremendous talent in oral advocacy. We were honored to have Nadia and Alex represent Wayne Law."
