The College of Education is hosting a series of Teacher Certification Information Meetings designed to answer questions about elementary and secondary teacher certification requirements for individuals who have never earned a teaching certificate and who are interested in either the Master of Arts (M.A.T.) Program or Post-Bachelor Teacher Certification Program.
The Teacher Certification Meetings are ideal for those who are interested in obtaining a Michigan Provisional Teaching Certificate and have yet to receive certification as a teacher. Attendees should possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college/university, or are close to obtaining a degree and bring copies of all transcripts.
The remaining meeting dates are not fluid and will be held on different days and at a total of three different venues. Please access the following link for an updated list of meeting dates and locations, as well as directions to all locations and parking information.
