The Developmental Disabilities Institute\'s Author Series presents Rosetta Howard

The Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) welcomes author and parent advocate Rosetta Howard to Wayne State University's Welcome Center Auditorium on Tuesday, February 8 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

Howard will discuss her book Learning to Play Is Playing to Learn, in which she describes easy and fun techniques parents can use at home to promote their child's motor, cognitive and language development.

Rosetta Howard is a Certified Parent Educator and the mother of a young son, born four months prematurely. His growth, development and progress have given her years of opportunities to apply her experiences to the contents of this book.

Copies of Howard's book will be available for purchase by cash or check only.
