Winter 2010 Saturday Art Therapy Workshop. Open to those who:
• Enjoy making art
• Want to socialize with others making art
• Seek to discover something new about themselves
• Want to explore their own creativity
• Desire to learn ways to relax and manage stress

• Workshop begins Saturday, Jan. 23 and runs through 10 consecutive Saturday sessions, 10-11:30 a.m.

Art Therapy is a human service profession dedicated to facilitating the creative process involved in making art for healing and life enhancement. Both children and adults interested in participating in the 1-1/2 hour art therapy sessions are welcome to enroll. The cost is $25.00 to cover art supplies. Graduate art therapy students design and facilitate the sessions, geared toward fostering participants' self-awareness and personal growth.
