ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND:
WSU's School of Business Alumni Association, along with title sponsor Lear Corporation, is seeking golfers and additional sponsors to help grow an endowment fund to provide scholarships to Detroit high school students that plan to study business at Wayne State. Last year's inaugural event provided seed money to start an endowment fund, which the association is calling the "Endowed Scholarship for Emerging Leaders." With the help of golfers this year, the fund will grow enough to provide at least two $2500 scholarships to incoming students annually.
