After seven years as EACPHS dean, Beverly J. Schmoll leaves the WSU college to serve as dean for the College of Health Science and Human Service for The University of Toledo.
Since 2002, Normile has served as the associate dean for the WSU college. He earned a doctorate in physiology in1983 from the WSU School of Medicine and has held an appointment as associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry, WSU School of Medicine. Normile also has served as chair and program director for the EACPHS Department of Physician Assistant Studies where he continues to lecture on physiology.
He is well-published on his research studies relating to the animal models of age-related memory deficits. Normile is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Society of Allied Health Professions and the Association of Schools of Allied Health Professions.
Normile resides in Pontiac, MI.
