Black trial prosecutors may lose jury in 'minutiae': observers

Law professor Peter Henning is quoted in an article about the Conrad Black case. Federal prosecutors are at risk of losing their case against Black, formerly of Hollinger International, by plying the jury with too many details that are hard to understand.
