High school robotics teams from Hamtramck, Berkley and Detroit Chadsey/Southwestern have advanced to the finals of the FIRST Robotics International competition next month after winning the Detroit Regional competition at Wayne State University last weekend. Thirty-four teams competed. National championship competition will be in Atlanta, April 12-14.
