On the Verge Performance Breakdown: |

Embark on a lighthearted excursion through a continuum of space, time, history, geography, feminism and fashion with three 19th-century female explorers as they discover distant lands, traversing time as well as space. As they move through the 20th century, the heroines confront a host of unlikely yet colorful characters in this comedic tale of displaced adventure.
Heroines to the core, the explorers can accommodate themselves to any emergency (natural or man-made), although they are momentarily disoriented as they approach modern times. In their kaleidoscopic adventure, they journey through a rainforest of hundreds of artifacts from the future—household utensils, mechanical contrivances and a side-view automobile mirror that reads `Objects in mirror may be
closer than they appear.’
Directed by Dr. James Thomas, the cast includes: Morgan Chard (Mary), Megan Callahan (Fanny), Tiffanie Kilgast (Alexandra) and James Kuhl (Grover, et al.). The production staff for On the Verge includes: Larry Kaushansky (Scenic Designer), Xiaopo Wang (Assistant Scenic Designer), Christina Tomlinson (Costume Designer), David Court (Technical Director), Kathleen Lanphear (Lighting Designer), Andrew Morehouse (Sound Designer), Sarah N. Tanner (Properties) and Erin Birdsell (Stage Manager).
