Former President Bill Clinton's appearance at Wayne State University was designed as a pep rally to make sure Democrats vote on Nov. 7. Clinton was cheered like a returning hero Saturday at Wayne State's Matthaei Athletic Center. Other leaders who appeared were Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and former Gov. James Blanchard.
