A report on an Oct. 18 panel discussion at Northern Michigan University concerning the Proposal 2 ballot issue mentions that Dean Frank Wu of the WSU Law School was one of the panelists who spoke in opposition to the proposal. He pointed out that 20 percent of first-year students in the Law School are minorities and that passage of the proposal would have a significant effect on minority student enrollment.
