Frank Wu, dean of the Law School , will be among panel members who will discuss Proposal 2 tonight at Northern Michigan University . The statewide proposal would amend the constitution to ban affirmative action programs that give preferential treatment to groups or individuals based on race, gender, color, ethnicity or national origin.
