Project: A.R.T. will present the second annual ZigiDeeBooM Hip Hop Fest on Wednesday, Sept. 27, noon-8 p.m. on the Wayne State University campus. This year's theme is "The Sound of Peace" in an effort to address the increase of violence in Detroit. A list of acts and contact information is provided.
