Wayne State law professor Stephen Calkins commented about the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust division criminal probe into a plan by two major pharmaceutical companies to keep a generic version of their drug off the market. "It is only quite extreme behavior the antitrust division challenges as a criminal matter," Calkins said.
