Court rightly reins in Bush's war powers

Wayne State University Law Professor Robert Sedler wrote an opinion piece about the U.S. Supreme Court's 5-3 ruling yesterday insisting that Congress has the exclusive power to created laws governing U.S. military conflicts. Sedler maintained that the decision "handed the Bush administration a stinging defeat in its assertion of presidential power in the 'war on terrorism.'
