The Engineering Society of Detroit will honor engineering executives, industry innovation and architecture at its 2006 Annual Awards Dinner Wednesday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Roostertail in Detroit. Included among the award recipients will be Yang Zhao, a photonics expert at Wayne State University, and Professor Sean Wu, for his visualization technique for three-dimensional sound fields and sound sources.
