Wayne State and the Nederlander Co. are welcoming "Wicked" composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz, winner of the 5th annual Sarah Applebaum Nederlander Apple Award for Excellence in Theatre. Schwartz will appear during a free question and answer session Tuesday, in Wayne State's Schaver Music Recital Hall. That evening, the national touring company of "Wicked" will perform at the Masonic temple in Detroit. All proceeds from the event will go to Wayne State 's Department of Theatre.
