Terry Cross, executive-in-residence for entrepreneurial studies at Wayne State University, is profiled in a story about the pitfalls and ins-and-outs of angel investing. Cross, who was honored as Wayne State's distinguished alumnus in 2005, was a ground-floor investor in Google Inc. when he was an investment banker in Silicon Valley in the 1990s.
