Left-hander Mat Yenrick (2-3) threw a three-hitter, retiring the last 14 batters, as Wayne State (16-30, 14-13 GLIAC) shut out Saginaw Valley State, 6-0, in the second game of a doubleheader. The Saginaw Valley Cardinals (18-20, 8-17 GLIAC) won the first game, 5-1.
