Science and math center student present research

Alex Gay, a Cros-Lex High School senior who attends the Sanilac County Science and Math Center won first place in the Southeastern Michigan Junior Science and Humanities Symposium at Wayne State on March 9-10. His project on noise reduction capabilities of common insulation materials earned him a Presidential Scholarship to WSU. Seven other students from the Sanilac Center also participated in the event.
