The Detroit Hip-Hop Summit on Financial Empowerment is this weekend. A panel discussion will feature Russell Simmons, Three 6 Mafia, Doug E. Fresh and a host of others. The free summit is at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Bonstelle Theatre and is open to the public.
