A state Senate subcommittee will take testimony on higher education funding Friday morning at Kettering University in Flint . Representatives from Wayne State , University of Michigan-Flint, Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan and the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities are scheduled for presentations.
