Super Bowl festivities patrons that used the Park and Ride shuttles had long waits, sometimes hours, for return trips to their cars. On both Thursday and Friday nights the system became overwhelmed around 11 p.m. as thousands of people left the Motown Winter Blast and other events. Riders describe the late-night scene at Fort and Cass as chaotic.
