City wants to know about the good, the bad and the ugly

The City of Sterling Heights selected Wayne State University to administer a 28-question survey that asks residents to rate city services, such as the police and fire departments, crime prevention, animal control, the library, and snow and trash removal. Residents will also have the opportunity to tell city officials how they feel about he appearance of their neighborhoods, job opportunities in the city, what they like and hate most about the city, and where they get their news.
