BRIAN DICKERSON: In the heart of darkness

Columnist Brian Dickerson wrote about southeast Michigan 's gloomy winter which has included only 14 minutes of sunshine since Dec. 19. Dr. Alireza Amirsadri, a psychiatrist and seasonal affective disorder (SAD) specialist at Wayne State University , says the shocking news about this winter's lack of sunshine might reassure those experiencing a particularly difficult winter that the fault lies not in themselves, but in the stars - specifically the fickle one that warms our planet.
