Students will get in the Holiday Spirit at the President's International Holiday Lighting Ceremony Nov. 30

Holiday cheer will spread across Wayne State University’s campus when students enjoy lights, music, donuts and hot chocolate during the President’s International Holiday Lighting Celebration.

The tree-lighting ceremony will feature WHTD-FM HOT 102.7 radio personality Tune Up and will take place outside the Undergraduate Library beginning at 5 p.m. Nov. 30. Residence hall students and other student groups are scheduled to sing international holiday songs. The first 100 students will also receive a free long-sleeve “Holiday Lighting Celebration” T-shirt.

The event is presented by the Dean of Students Office and the Student Center Administration.
