The program features hands-on training on IBM and Apple computers. Participants also receive training in current software programs such as: Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Mac OS X and Internet browsers.
Other training classes include: typing; dictation and transcription, office procedures and employment search skills. Following graduation, the program participants are given assistance in finding employment.
