Wayne State degree information provided at advising sessions

Getting a bachelor’s degree from a world-class university just got easier for students in St. Clair County. Learn how you can earn a degree engineering technology, interdisciplinary studies or social work during Wayne State University’s November information and advising sessions.

The sessions, which will be held at Wayne State\'s new office in St. Clair County Community College\'s MTEC Building, will be on

     • Wednesday, Nov. 16: Social Work, 10:30 a.m. – Noon

     • Thursday, Nov. 17: Engineering Technology, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

     • Thursday, Nov. 17: Interdisciplinary Studies, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

"It’s not too late to learn about earning a degree from Wayne State," says Robert Walsh, director, Macomb and St. Clair Counties metropolitan programs. “There is definitely still time to investigate a program, learn about course requirements and apply for admission for the winter semester.”

Prospective students should bring copies of transcripts from all previously attended schools and any test scores they may have to the sessions.
